Exterior painting of restaurants can often be part of a rebranding effort. If colors haven't been predetermined we can arrange a free consultation with either the Sherwin Williams or the Benjamin Moore Design Studio. But most commonly the color and paint selections have already been handed down. Store management knows their unique individual needs as to when staff enters and leaves the building, by what entrance, how access can be obtained if the unit is in a mall, etc. This is a time when the work is done during off hours with the last paint being applied early enough prior to opening. Rarely can paint be applied by spraying because of the proximity of other business's, parking lots, unique signage, etc.
If this is a rebranding situation, strict adherence to the corporate specification is a must.
In all cases, all painting equipment, tarps, paint, and debris must be removed from the job site daily. The one exception might be in the rare occasion where a lift may be present.
