We do carpentry repair work both in conjunction with our painting work, and sometimes as a stand-alone project.

If your project has carpentry repair work in conjunction with exterior painting, we can survey the property and provide a cost for all the visible or apparent repairs and a cost per piece of any hidden work. When we are doing this sort of project we commonly have the carpenters working on site with the painters, but just in advance of them. By attaching carpenters to a painting crew we have both teams on site at the same time. This eliminates duplication of effort, efficiently uses the equipment and staff to keep the job progressing at a brisk pace.

In the past we have rebuilt decks and balconies, rebuilt privacy fences, removed and replaced rotted window and door sills, removed and replaced fascia boards, siding panels (T111 siding), and individual siding boards of all shapes and sizes. We have also removed and replaced hundreds of square feet of cedar shake, rebuilt rotted stairs and stair treads, and leveled and rebuilt rotted decks and porches.
