Exterior Services
Commercial exterior work is varied and often requires off-hours scheduling to avoid disrupting customers and employees. We prefer working during off-hours so normal business operations can continue undisturbed—with no surcharges.
In retail and restaurant settings, corporate headquarters often specify clear, crisp colors and finishes. We suggest using high-quality modified urethane enamels in high traffic areas because they are more durable and maintain a fresh appearance longer than standard latex or acrylic paints.
Strip mall work is done late at night and into early morning hours, with paint application stopping in time for proper drying before customer traffic begins.
Interior Services
Commercial interior painting requires careful consideration of appearance, durability, washability, and in medical settings, sensitivity to paint off-gassing. We adjust start times to low or no-traffic hours and may erect temporary plastic barriers for dust control.
Strict schedule adherence is critical. Hospital rooms are vacated on rotating schedules and must be ready when they come back online. Meeting rooms must be finished on time. Hotels require blocks of rooms to be completed as scheduled.
Modern paints set up and dry quickly, greatly reducing the likelihood of wet paint contact. We also offer antimicrobial paints like Sherwin Williams Paint Shield, which kills 99.9% of bacteria within two hours.
Specialty Coatings

We apply epoxy and urethane coatings on metal surfaces in industrial sites. Metal-specific primers defeat rust and promote adhesion. Epoxy finish coats are the hardest and most abrasion-resistant, ideal for interior industrial applications. Urethanes are nearly as hard but won't break down in sunlight, making them perfect for exterior use.
Both coating types are inflexible due to their hardness, so surface selection is critical for long-term performance.
