Commercial Exterior work can be quite varied. Often times there are issues with customers or employees passing near by the work which necessitates either blocking off traffic or doing the actual painting work in off hours. We prefer to do the work in off hours so that normal business operations can continue undisturbed.

In the retail and restaurant settings clear crisp colors and finishes are used and are often specified by corporate headquarters. High quality paints such as modified urethane enamels are more durable and will look fresh longer than straight latex or acrylic paints.

Exterior retail and restaurant work almost always requires the work to be done during nonbusiness hours with the actual application of paints stopping in time for the paint to set up before customers arrive. We do not add any surcharges to the cost for painting during off hours.

Exterior strip mall work is definitely all done during off hours, and because many strip malls have extended hours, much work is done late at night and into the early morning hours. Again, attention must be paid to cease paint application in advance of store traffic picking up to allow the paint to dry.
